Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6512, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Development Ordinance #97-2, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho.
Public comment is being sought on the following issues:
• An application for Conditional-use Permit #2020- 03: Betty and Paul Ptack property owners have requested a Conditional-use permit for a powersports rental business on Parcel # RP33N03W366400 5.3 acres. Property address is 1247 Forest Rd, Winchester, ID. Parcel is currently zoned multi-use agricultural. Situated in Lewis County, State of Idaho.
All comments verbal and written are welcome. A copy of the application and other items being considered during the Public Hearing are available at the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Room #7, Nezperce, Idaho. Written Testimony will be allowed if received by 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2020, in the Planning and Zoning Office. Length of oral testimony may be limited to three minutes for each person.
With the Social Distancing requirements still in place we highly encourage written comments instead of in person comments. If you are feeling sick or have a fever, we ask that you please stay home.
