Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6512, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Zoning and Development Ordinance #97-2, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho. Public comment is being sought on the following:
• Conditional Use Permit 2024-01: Dean Mosman, Mosman Farmland and Mosman Landholdings LLC have requested a Conditional Use Permit for parcel numbers RP35N01E050110, RP35N01E041220, RP36N0IE330102, RP36N01E330300 approximately 217 acres, 176 acres, 190 acres, and 10 acres, respectively, for facilitating a yearly ranch rodeo and music festival that will be held over a period of two days on Goin Rd and Central Ridge Rd in Craigmont, Idaho. All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial.
