Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6513, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Subdivision Ordinance #99-1, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho.

Public comment is being sought on the following issues:

• An application for Simple Subdivision #2020- 01 request: Jason and Janae Davis, property owners and Reilly and Raelyn Williams, applicants have requested a Simple Subdivision for Parcel# RP34N02W085405 75 acres. They want to divide it into a 65 acre parcel and two 5 acre parcels, for residential homes. They plan to use a shared well. The Property address is 2211 Winchester Rd. it is currently zoned multi-use agricultural.

Situated in Lewis County, State of Idaho, to wit:
A tract of land, Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-four North (34N), Range Two (2) West, Boise Meridian, West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 (less Tax #H- 80) 1 acre road. Lewis, County Idaho.

A copy of the application and other items being considered during the Public Hearing are available at the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Room #7, Nezperce, Idaho. You can also email pzw@lewiscountyid.org or call 208-937-2380 to request a packet.

With the Social Distancing requirements still in place we highly encourage written comments instead of in person comments. If you are feeling sick or have a fever, we ask that you please stay home.

All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial.
